sitting in the chamber filled with steam prepared by

water prepared with herbs, Pizhichil - rejuvenating
treatment with medicated warm oil used in a continuous
stream for a definite period for the whole body, Kizhi

Program = Uzhichil (Body massage) + Sirodhara (pouring
