Ayurveda, the beacon of hope against the darkness of all
ills and ailments. The eternal science of Ayrveda is
practiced exactly as it was by the great healers of
ancient India , with a 5000- year tradition to back up

1. PIZHICHIL :- 14 days
Lukewarm herbal oils are dripped all over the body by 2-4
trained technicians in a special rhythmic way for about
60-90 minutes.
Indications:- Hemiplegia, paralysis, rheumatic complaints,
joint stiffness, nervous disorders etc.
2. GNAVARAKIZHI:- 14 days :It is a process by which the
whole body or any specific part there of is made to
perspire by the application of certain medicinal puddings
externally in the form of boluses tied up in a muslin bag.
Duration 60-90 minutes.
Indications:- Loss of appetite, sluggishness, rheumatism,
joint pains etc.
3.DHARA :- 14 days
(THYLA DWARA , THAKRA DHARA , KSHEERA DHARA):Some herbal
oils, medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc., are
poured on the forehead in a special way for about 45
minutes Indications :- Insomnia, mental tension, vatha
predominated diseases etc.
4. VASTHI - 14 days (BHRAHMANA VASTHI , MATHRA VASTHI
SNEHAVASTHI,KASHAYA VASTHI ):Certain herbal oils, herbal
extracts etc. are applied through the rectum.
Indications:- Arthritis, paralysis, gastric complaints,
rheumatism etc.
5. SIROVASTHI :- 1 time Special herbal oils are poured in
a cup fitted on the bend for 15-60 minutesper day.
6. UDYARTHANAM :- 10 days: This is a typical massage with
herbal powders for about 30 minutes. Indications:-
Paralysis, obesity, rheumatic ailments.
7. SNEHAPANAM - 14 days Medicated ghee is given internally
in a proportionally increased quantity for period of 8-21
days (Preparatory process for doing Panchakarma).
Indications :- Arthritis, Ostearthritis, skin diseases
etc.
8. NASYAM - 7 days This is
one of the important treatment in Panchakarma in which
herbal juices, medical oils etc. are applied through nose.
Indications:- Headaches, mental disorders, skin diseases
etc.
9. ABHYANGAM :- 14 days -In this treatment gentle oil
massage is given according to the diseases for 45 minutes.
Indications.- Obesity, lack of blood circulation etc.
10. KIZHI :- 14 days (ELA KIZHI, PODI KIZHI, MAMSA KIZHI)
Herbal leaves, herbs, herbal powders, flesh of animals
etc. are applied to the whole body in boluses with hot
medical oils. Duration is 20-45 minutes. lndications:-Arthritis,
spondilosis, sports injuries, muscular attrophy etc.
11. LEPAM :- (ANNALEPAM 1
time , SIROLEPAM 1 time , SIRAJALA LEPAM 14 days): Special
medical herbs are made into paste and is applied on the
body or part of body for 20-90 minutes. Indications:- Skin
diseases, Muscular injury, attrophy, brain diseases,
insomnia, varicosity etc.
1. BORN TO WIN - 21 days -This is a special treatment to
stimulate the vital points. In this, we are using the
traditional knowledge of vital points (Marmas) along with
Acupressure and Holistic touches. This will energize you
in your inner levels, attain an equilibrium of VATHA,
PITHA and KAPHA attaining the temperance of mind by that
becoming more successful in life.
2. 'REJUVENATION THERAPY' (RASAYANA CHIKILSA) -
14 Days - This treatment includes body massage with hand
and foot by medicated oil and cream. It includes internal
rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This
therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7 - 14
days. It is good to rejuvenate mind, body and soul, to
tone up skin, to strengthen all systems so as to achieve
ideal health and longevity.
3. 'YOU AND YOUR SPINE'- 15 Days - This is a special
treatment package for your spine problems. It will
strengthen the back muscles and prevent degeneration of
bones, it can also prevent nerve compression. This is very

5. BODY IMMUNIZATION/ LONGEVITY TREATMENT - (KAYAKALPA
CHIKILSA) - 28 Days This is the prime treatment in
AYURVEDA for reducing ageing process, arresting the
degeneration of body cells and to immunize the body
system. Giving Rasayana (very special AVURVEDIC Medicine)
internally is the main part of the programme, based on
Panchakarma and Swetakarma treatment. This package

9. KARNA POORANAM - 1 time This is a process in which
medicated fumes are applied to the Ears for 5 to 10
minutes. This process helps to clean the ear and avoid
ailments associated with the ear.
10. THARPANAM - 1 time - This is a cleaning process of
eyes which gives cooling effect, prevents cataract and
strengthens the optic nerve.
11.FACE PACK - This is the traditional AYURVEDIC facial
which is very good for your face. In this massage,
Sudation Therapy, Face Pack (AYURVEDIC) etc, is given
accordingly. This will beautify your skin and tone up your
face muscles.
12. MASSAGE :- (a) MAMA MIA - 90 Minutes - It is
marvellous mixing of Massage with music . The strokes will
be according to the rhythm of Music . Traditional Musics
will be chosen according to the person after consultation.
This will enhance you to go inside (to deeper levels) and
reduce mental tension.
(b) METAMORPHIC MASSAGE - 90 Minutes - This is a special
massage to improve blood circulation. This is done by
cream or oil according to the condition of person. Special
strokes are given for dhamanies and Siras (Veins and
Arteries) to improve the blood circulation. This is very
good for circulatory system.
(c) REJUVENATION MASSAGE - 90 Minutes This massage
includes body massage with Herbal Oils or Herbal Powder by
hand and foot, head massage, face massage, for 1 1/2
hours. This is good for rejuvenating the body to reduce
mental tension, sexual weakness to improve vitality etc.
(d) GENERAL MASSAGE - 60 Minutes - Body massage with
herbal powder or oil for one hour by hand to tone up the
body to improve blood circulation etc.
13.MEDICATED BATH - Certain precious herbal leaves and
herbs are boiled in water for 2-4 hours and that water is
given for bathing. It beautifies the skin and removes all
impurities.
14.MEDICATED STEAM BATH - Certain precious herbal leaves
and herbs are boiled and steam is passed to whole body for
10-20 minutes. This is good for certain skin diseases, to
eliminate impurities from the body, to improve the tone of
