THE SPECIALITY RESTAURANT
Ettukettu , the multi-cuisine, 115-seat speciality
restaurant owns the place of pride. Set in the midst of
the resort, it has a well-appointed bar that suits all
tastes and a wide and varied choice of delicacies. This
magnificent traditional structure was once the home of a
renowned noble family of Kerala.
The Continental, Chinese,
Mughlai, North Indian and traditional Kerala culinary
delicacies at the Ettukettu are a gourmet's delight, but
the speciality to look forward to, is ethnic Kerala
cooking. The fresh catch of the day, rich coconuts and a
slew of fragrant spices lend the cuisine its very own
flavour. Specialties served include Syrian Christian Duck
Roast, Duck Curry, Karimeen Pollichathu , Karimeen Mappas
, soft spongy rice bread called Appam , Thamarappam ,
Idiappams (string-hoppers), etc. besides tropical fruits,
vegetables and cereals.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda is an intricate system of healing that originated
in India thousands of years ago. We can find historical
evidence of Ayurveda in the ancient books of wisdom known
as Vedas.

Ayurmana: Ayurmana is the exclusive Ayurveda Centre where
highly qualified, reputed physicians practice genuine
age-old traditions and treatments. A self-contained wing
that caters to your total rejuvenation and therapy needs,
in the ambience of an authentic, age-old Tharavad .
CONFERENCE ROOM : In an environment that clears the mind
and lifts the spirit, the Resort provides comprehensive
personal and business services with its AC and non AC
Conference Halls. With a capacity to seat 85 persons, they
are well furnished with state-of-the-art communication
systems and presentation facilities.

The
villas and suites at the Resort are a perfect blend of
Kerala's traditional architectural charm and luxurious,

resort has a total of 52 double -bedded centrally
air-conditioned traditional aristocratic cottages.
Equipped with all the modern amenities, the cottages
provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay to its guests.
The cottages are well decorated with intricately carved
wooden walls and Paintings depicting scenes from Hindu
epics. Each cottage has a private courtyard and a small
open-air garden with bath facilities. All the cottages
have traditional windows, which provide a mesmerizing view
of the lotus canal and the Vembanad Lake.
The
resort offers a variety of accommodation comprising of the
prestigious Presidential Suites, the very ultimate in
self-indulgence and the Poolside Villas, an interesting
blend of old charm with the modern present. You can choose
from the two options of villas, the Garden View Villas and
Lake View Villas as per your likings.
Besides, the Lake Resort also has a well-equipped
conference hall with facilities of sound systems, overhead
& multimedia projectors making it ideal for corporate
conferences. The hall can comfortably accommodate up to
110 persons. A beautiful pool located here, is an added
attraction of the resort.
