Travancore Heritage Ayurveda Beach Resort, Kerala is located just 23 kms from Trivandrum, the
capital city of the Indian state of Kerala, known as
'god's own country' in the southern most part of India.
The
nearest international airport is Trivandrum. It is well
connected with other parts of India as well as with many
major cities of the world. Trivandrum is also well
connected through Indian railways from all the important
places in India and also by roadways from neighboring
states. The resort is situated by the side of the Kovalam
- Poovar road, and is only 40 minutes drive from the
airport, 45 minutes from railway station and bus station.

Travancore Heritage Ayurveda Beach Resort, Kerala - The reception building, a 120-year-old Palace (the
Valiamadom Kottaram) of a regional King of Edapally
lineage is a replica of the beauty and grandeur of the old
architectural style of the time. It houses the reception,
lobby and front office. The guest activity center on the
first floor has a small library, facilities for indoor
games like chess and card games, satellite TV and an
internet kiosk. Locker Facility is available on request at
the reception
Conference/Banquet Hall
Travancore Heritage Ayurveda Beach Resort, Kerala - On the basement of the reception building is an
air-conditioned conference/banquet hall which can
accommodate 100 guests with adequate service foyer and all
modern audio and video equipments for even blue chip
conferences.
Swimming Pool
Travancore Heritage Ayurveda Beach Resort, Kerala - The main swimming pool is of 228 sq. mtrs, with a kid's
pool and set of Jacuzzis. The pool has broad pool decks
finished in natural dressed granite with poolside
umbrellas and long reclining poolside cots. The second
swimming pool having an area of 110 sq.mtrs is at the
beach grove with sea view. Beverages and light
refreshments for the pool users will be served from the
restaurant.

Restaurant - Travancore Heritage Ayurveda Beach Resort,

The 'open house' restaurant is open on the front sides
with arches and overlooks
the pool. It has a wooden roof ceiling on its main hall
which is some 100 years old with such exquisite decorative
work, sourced from the marriage hall of a feudal chief in
Tamil Nadu. The restaurant offers multi-cuisine fare with
the specialty of seafood and local ethnic cuisine and can
serve 80 guests at a time.
The
'ocean grill' beach side restaurant is ideally situated
between the beach grove and the sea. With thatched roofing
and sea breeze caressing through this restaurant
specializes in sea food.

a separate Ayurveda Restaurant where you get only ayurveda

7 days.

STRESS RELIEVING PROGRAMME
This programme is aimed at providing relief for
those who are suffering from mental and physical stress.
And those who have insomnia, lack of concentration,
fatigue, head ache and general weakness. The programme
will do wonders on those who work on computers, travel
frequently and work late night.
3.REJUVENATION PROGRAMME
This rejuvenation therapy prescribed in ayurveda endows
the individual with longevity, memory, intellect, positive
health, youth, excellent complexion, voice, strength of
sensory and motor organs. Main aim of this therapy is to
maintain the youth of the individual along with the
maintaining of his long life.

Rejuvenation Programme For Old Age Disorders
In an
individual, the age of stagnation is from 40 - 60. If the
individual is
free from worries and is provided with adequate
nourishment he would maintain his health but from the age
of 60 onwards it is the period of decline. And the process
of ageing cannot be prevented by any means. The tissue
metabolism decreases,
 the bones undergo degeneration. And
all types of problems occurs on joints because of the
drying up of synovial fluid, the vital organs slows down
their works, the nervous system becomes fragile, the
arteries loose their softness. And because of all these

pleasure, insomnia, rheumatism, osteo-arthritis, diabetes

TREATMENT PROGRAMME
a. Insomnia Treatment
In this programme, shirodhara, body massage, thalam and
several other packages are included. This programme is for
14 days.
b.Rheumatic Arthritis
In this programme general body massage, njavarakizhi,
pizhichil, podikkizhi, lepam and vasthi will be done
according to the doctor's advice. The duration of this
programme could only be decided after consulting the in
house physician.
(It takes minimum 14 days).
c. Asthma Treatment
Special ayurvedic herbal juices are given for 3 days in 6
doses.
d. Psoriasis Treatment
This programme includes Thakra Dhara, lepam and internal
medication. The duration could only be decided after
consulting the in- house physician.
e. Slimmimg Programme
This programme includes two types of massages.
(1. Udvarthanam 2. Oil Massage)
It also includes medicated steam bath, herbal tea and a
course of medicines. Special ayurvedic diet would be
recommended during this period.
Duration: From 21 to 28 days, depending on the body
constitution and the decision of the ayurvedic doctor.
